Established in 1998, its clinics offer acupuncture, acupressure and TCM specialists' consultation including immunology & oncology, geriatrics, pain management, and women's health.  It pioneered the dispensing of traditional herbs in powder or granule form in sachets produced by state-of-the-art machines. This ensures dosage consistency and accuracy. Simply add hot water, stir, and drink. The sachets also allow you to put the hours once spent over a hot stove to brew TCM to better use. And all these, without compromising quality or efficacy as each prescription is uniquely customized for the individual patient. While its clinics does prescribe for common cough and cold, their focus and strength is in the treatment of specialized conditions such as cancer, arthritis, osteoporosis, post-stroke management, sports injuries i.e. golf trigger finger and tennis elbow, and m enopausal syndrome/menstrual regulation.

IAG Healthsciences' operating methodology also sets it apart from other TCM organizations: its operations are fully computerized end-to-end.  Everything from registration, to the amount of stock in an outlet, to complete patients' bio-data are stored in its leading-edge proprietary clinic management system.
